Tidal fenders and Jason Chan are legends.Extremely helpful, competitively priced, speedy, top notch quality product and just no fuss what so ever.Even got the colour we were after.From order to arrival at front door was less than 2 weeks.Jason took me through a step by step process to install via FaceTime.So quick and easy to install, Jason is all class.We are just stoked about how well the jetty is now finished off and now well guarded with quality product by Tidal Fenders. Jason was very prompt to respond to enquiry regarding repairs and schedule an inspection so as to assess requirements to Quote.The quote came that same afternoon .Jason had clearly explained his solution to a potential leak and how the walkway and pontoon could be repaired.His indicated time frame to undertake the task was kept to . He and his assistant were very personable to deal with. Both worked diligently.Job was expertly completed.All waste items were removed quickly .A good business that communicates regularly . Highly recommended.
