We were extremely pleased with the quality of the workmanship and service from these guys. They were efficient, gave excellent advice and did a fantastic job on restoring our pontoon. They also gave some really good tips on how to moor our boat. We couldn't be happier and have recommended them to many of our friends!

Jason installed Fenders to my Pontoon and repaired the Carpet from a removed Roller System. I found Jason to be very credible and a pleasure to deal with. The Carpet repair work came up a treat and the Fenders look very professional. I highly recommend Jason

Tidal fenders and Jason Chan are legends.Extremely helpful, competitively priced, speedy, top notch quality product and just no fuss what so ever.Even got the colour we were after.From order to arrival at front door was less than 2 weeks.Jason took me through a step by step process to install via FaceTime.So quick and easy to install, Jason is all class.We are just stoked about how well the jetty is now finished off and now well guarded with quality product by Tidal Fenders. Excellent job recarpeting our pontoon (no joins) and new aluminium walkway. It's looking like new.Recommended to us by other happy neighbours who had their pontoons renovated. Can't go wrong with their good workmanship and price. Get a quote from them, you won't be disappointed.

Jason was very prompt to respond to enquiry regarding repairs and schedule an inspection so as to assess requirements to Quote.The quote came that same afternoon .Jason had clearly explained his solution to a potential leak and how the walkway and pontoon could be repaired.His indicated time frame to undertake the task was kept to . He and his assistant were very personable to deal with. Both worked diligently.Job was expertly completed.All waste items were removed quickly .A good business that communicates regularly . Highly recommended.

Jason replaced the carpet on our pontoon recently. He did an excellent job, it looks brand new! He gave us a great price, was honest and reliable, turned up exactly when he said he would. We can thoroughly recommend Tidal Fenders!

From the outset Jason was professional, courteous and easy to deal with. The fender was ready to be fitted within a week and I was extremely pleased with the result. It looks great and appears sturdy and well attached. I strongly recommend this product.
